and spices, an organic mixed greens salad with misc. organic nuts and other tasty accents.
Washed down with Michigan's elegant Traverse Bay Cherry Ginseng Wine.
I was so delighted to jump into eating this dish,
that I forgot to document everything that went with the main course.
